What the app does

You take or choose a photo of a doctor's prescription. The photo is sent to our server, which reads the medicines, how to take them, the doctor's details and the advice, and shows the result to you. Some readings are checked by a trained reviewer before they are final. The result is a reading only, not medical advice.

What we collect

We do not ask for your name, phone number, email or contacts, and the app has no advertising or tracking from other companies. To read the handwriting, the photo is processed by an external AI service. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it with authorities only when the law requires it.

Why we use it

By sending a photo you agree to it being used as described here. You can withdraw this at any time (see "Your choices and rights").

How long we keep it

Photos and readings are kept as long as the purposes above require, then deleted. Records of the number of submissions per device are kept for 7 days.

How it is protected

Everything travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The server is only reachable by our staff with their own sign-in, and only what their role allows.

Your choices and rights

Children

The app is meant for adults. A parent or guardian may send a child's prescription. We do not knowingly collect information from children who use the app themselves.
